Having passed a Catering BTS (High Technical Brevet) in 1979, Paule Taillepierre for the first time opened up a restaurant in Montmorency with Jean-Michel, her husband.
Steadily impregnated with youth and flavours of a daring way of cooking, they were awarded a first “star” in 1980 for their restaurant listed in the most famous gastromic guide book.
In 1982, Paule Taillepierre was willing to accept the new challenge of opening up the “Hotel de France”.
1990 is the year of a great turn : Paule Taillepierre created the firm TAILLEPIERRE ORGANIZATION with the opening of a first private place “L’Espace 40” and very soon the most important Parisian firms in the 8th district entrusted to her making up of their events.
In 1995 is the time of adding a new prestigious place “Les SALONS Salomon de Rothschild”.
In 1998, it was the Amphi Pereire’s turn to be born.
Then Paule Taillepierre has managed the “Salons Etoile Wagram” since June 2001.
Being still Paule Taillepierre’s concern for extreme quality, Paule Taillepierre bustles about her clients well-being.
She sets that contents meet capacity. She ensures the restaurant menu making out with the Cooking Chef, sets up the floral decoration, and so displaying elegant and full of charm surroundings.
